Well Design Studio is looking for a Design Intern to get hands-on studio experience with live client work over a semester or 6-month internship.
We’re looking for a Design Intern to join us for a semester or 6-month internship, roughly 20–30 hours per week, to get hands-on experience inside a working studio.
This is a learning-focused role. You’ll work alongside our Creative Director and design and web team on actual client projects — branding, social media, marketing materials, reports, and web — with guidance and mentorship. This isn’t a “coffee runs” kind of internship. We’re looking to have you jump right into production design. It’s a great fit for a student, recent grad, or self-taught designer who wants to sharpen their skills and get agency experience.
Support the design team on live client work across branding, social, marketing materials, reports, and web.
Assist senior designers and the Creative Director with production design and hands-on asset creation.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation, and bring your own ideas to the table.
Take feedback, iterate, and learn firsthand how strong creative gets made in a studio.
Pitch in on occasional creative tasks — basic photography, video, or motion — as your interests and skills allow.
Prep and hand off clean files and assets to developers, or build the work directly in WordPress and Elementor yourself.
Get comfortable with the tools, pace, and workflows of a working studio from day one.
